The President is using this season’s colder/snowier/nastier than average weather to push his ‘Climate Resilience Fund.’  But what exactly is said fund?  If the President’s track record is any barometer, it’s a slush fund for ‘green energy’ firms like the failed Solyndra ($535 million in tax dollars) & Fisker Automotive ($529 million).
