This may come at no surprise but when the Government turned to private companies to do their bidding, ‘glitches’ won the day. A wise philosopher once quipped ‘a glitch is when you accidentally hit your garage door button without a result, not when you spend $394 million on a broken website.’  In other news, the missing jobs report is out, and it looks ‘good’ – but those who tout these numbers as ‘good’ see HealthCare.gov as success.
