As the Government hurtles towards an unfunded shutdown and a growing proportion of the populous identifies as ‘lower class,’ another wrinkle in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act has emerged.  Under Obamacare, your sexual orientation and tenacity are going to be part of you permanent record.  Contrary to concerns over privacy and common sense, those doctors who refuse to ask (and report to the Govt your answers), risk financial penalties from Medicare and Medicaid.  You could write your Congressman or Senator to complain, but they will undoubtedly have trouble empathizing, because Congress is exempt.
