What is more American than apple pie? It’s working that crappy summer job to pay for date night with the cute classmate you’ve been pining after all year, hopefully leading to some summer lovin’. But that ideal is dying on the vine, thanks to an awful job market, a market that has seen carefree summer jobs become the staple of too many families, eking by on the minimum. This is the what happens when mortals meddle and try to control the free market, it destroys the American dream.
