The Treasury Secretary, Jack Lew, has been selling a plan to Congress that the SEC would call a Ponzi scheme, and Congress has been eating it up.  For the record, a Ponzi scheme is defined as: ‘A Ponzi scheme is an investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors.’  Speaking of Ponzi schemes, the US Postal Service has destroyed an entire run of stamps, wasting money seems to be a sport at USPS.
