Most people agree the legal system in this country is out of whack, and the University of California-Davis feeling the brunt of the judicial dysfunction. You see, UC Davis is paying out settlements to BOTH the ‘Occupy’ hacks who were pelted with pepper spray last year AND the officer who sprayed them. The explanation as to why both parties are getting paid is as confusing as the ‘Occupy’ message that got them there.
