  • Something Is Rotting At The USDA

    May 23, 2014 • Top Story • 1927

For one hundred and fifty two years, the United States Department of Agriculture has been serving America’s farmers, but what good have they really accomplished as of late?  Not much really.  Of all the countless departments in our bloated federal government the USDA has probably the most storied past, a past that includes rampant fraud, unacceptable incompetence, and an attitude of contempt towards the farmers it pledges to protect.  Maybe it’s time to do away with USDA?

  • This Just In: Communism Is Working In Texas…

    May 22, 2014 • Top Story • 1601

Rep. Joe Garcia from Florida has a working theory about El Paso, Texas, he believes that Communism is saving this previously uber-violent town.  His exact words: “…the reason is (El Paso’s crime is down) we’ve proved that Communism works. If you give everybody a good government job, there’s no crime.”  Would it surprise you turn that Joe is Democrat?

  • Bailouts For Obamacare, Who Saw That Coming?

    May 21, 2014 • Top Story • 1448

Bailouts are like a good black suit, they never go out of style, especially in DC. It’s official, money has been set aside to bailout failing healthcare exchanges.  It was only a matter of time really, the telltale signs were there: we had programs that weren’t really required, an artificial adjustment to supply and demand, politicians trying to get re-elected and in desperate need of a talking point, and a poorly executed system with zero oversight.  What could have gone wrong?

  • Propaganda That Would Make The Third Reich Proud

    May 20, 2014 • Top Story • 1522

Dan Pfeiffer, senior adviser to President Obama, is writing for the Huffington Post today, and it may come as little surprise that he thinks the President is great.  Pfeiffer’s propagandist ramblings range from veiled digs at the Republican establishment to highlighting the beneficence of executive orders.  In reality, Pfeiffer is listing excuses for the President to ignore the Constitution and bypass Congress.  This is propaganda at its worst.

  • Fear The Speech Of Free People

    May 19, 2014 • Top Story • 1730

There are some in Congress who want to limit the freedoms protected by the Constitution, Harry Reid is one of  people.  The least productive Congress on record finally has its sights set on something productive, unfortunately, the rest of US aren’t going to like it.  A group lead by Harry Reid (D-NV)  and Sen. Tom Udall (D-CO) are pushing a proposed amendment that would give Congress absolute power to regulate campaign spending, including but not limited to the content of campaign ads put forth by PACs and other special interest groups.  Isn’t that what the job of the IRS?
