  • Backfiring Obamacare

    February 12, 2014 • Top Story • 1419

Who would have thought that Obamacare would backfire…show of hands?  Everyone with half a brain should be raising their hand.  Aside from raising rates, alienating the middle class and pushing physicians out of business, now it is going to cost states money they don’t have.  That’s a good thing though, because the sooner things crash and burn, the sooner Obamacare can be dismantled.

  • Maybe this Obamacare was a bad idea…

    February 11, 2014 • Top Story • 1228

What has worked for Obamacare?  Seriously, are millions more insured? Has the cost of healthcare gone down for anyone?  Is there a website where you can get the answers to these question?  No.  Instead, this bill was passed in a hurry, and now everything is being delayed.  It’s a joke.  If this is Obama’s legacy, he’s a joke.

  • The Lost Generation

    February 10, 2014 • Top Story • 1280

A record number of young adults are still living at home, especially those aged 26.  Is it because they are lazy?  Is because they grew up in the age on the Internet? Or is it due to a litany programs/policies put fourth that put an emphasis on getting what is due to them?  It’s probably a mix of all three but the fact is, the government has pushed young people into a depressing situation that could have been avoided.

  • The Irony of a Broke Government Jailing Debtors

    February 7, 2014 • Top Story • 1504

A growing number of Americans are being jailed for their inability to pay fines and fees associated with living in the ‘Land of the Free.’  Can you believe that a government that is trillions of dollars in debt has the audacity to jail those in debt?  While we are protected from being jailed in debtors’ prisons by the Constitution, local govts have found a way around the Bill of Rights, much like our President.  Must be nice.

  • The Massive EPA Smokescreen

    February 6, 2014 • Top Story • 1205

The inmates have seized control of the asylum.  Leaked emails from the EPA highlight the unique relationship between the EPA and the environmentalist groups that regularly give the EPA fits.  The emails layout symbiotic relationship between EPA and environmentalist wherein the EPA will leak information ahead of pending legislation to these groups so they can then plan their counter protests, drum circles, legal actions or whatever it is they do.  Absolutely ass-backwards.

  • Freedom Is Dependent on The Times

    February 5, 2014 • Top Story • 1273

Well it’s come to this, a judge in the highest court in the land thinks the return of internment camps to America is just a matter of time.  You know what, he’s probably right.  Look at the freedoms being taken away from US everyday: the NSA skim our communications, IRS unjustly scrutinizing our records, HHS forcing US into buying insurance, and the list goes on.  On the bright side….wait, is there a bright side?

  • We’re All Losers, But Our Care Is Affordable, Right?

    February 4, 2014 • Top Story • 1359

Another one bites the dust.  The newest casualty of the Affordable Care Act is jobs! A new report out of Congress has estimated that Obamacare will eliminate the equivalency of 2.3 million workers by 2021.  Most of that is through the artificial suppression of employees hours, but it’s compounded by the cost laid on doctors trying to deal with this headache.  But hey, we can log on to HealthCare.gov and have everything fixed for US, right?

  • Lawless President

    February 3, 2014 • Top Story • 1311

The President is at it again.  He’s threatened another end run around Congress to get things done, this time to free prisoners.  Sounds a lot like tyranny, no matter how you slice it.  And then there is the story of 81 year old Mary Musselman who is being detained, without bail, for feeding animals on her property.  Grandma, why do you have a prison tattoo?

  • Super Tax Break That Has The NFL Bowling For Billions

    February 2, 2014 • Top Story • 1319

Imagine, if you will, running a business that pays virtually zero taxes.  How nice would that be?  Your company could run without govt. interference.  Would it work?  It sure would. The NFL brings in billions a year in revenue, employs hundreds of thousands through stadiums, medical staffs, and other assorted media.  It’s no wonder the NFL’s big day is a virtual national holiday.

  • Prioritize This

    January 31, 2014 • Top Story • 1449

This may come as no surprise, but the Fat Cats in Washington, DC have vastly different priorities than the rest of US.  They think we care about income inequality, immigration reform, and what Syria & Iran are doing.  And while it may be true that those things pique our interests, paying our bills and being employed will always trump fringe issues.  Should we be surprised that these buffoons in DC stealing our money and telling US how they can do no wrong are out of touch?  Probably not, they’re mostly millionaires who have run ponzi scheme campaigns to put themselves in the millionaires club, instead of earning their wealth like true capitalists.
