The dopes at HHS are working their ‘magic’ again! This weekend they are taking HealthCare.gov offline to fix some bugs (they’ll probably need more than a weekend) and the first day of that outage happens to coincidence with “National Youth Enrollment Day”. Talk about failing at every turn.
