A populous that fails to be self sufficient, fails to be productive.  The numbers are out and they are not pretty.  With 20% of the population in this country hooked on government handouts, an actualized unemployment rate of 37.2% and a national push to legalize pot gaining some traction, it sounds like the government has been reading a little too much Orwell.
